Flags on capsules

Pretty simple. It'd be nice if the Mission Flag could be shown in places on the capsules, or on other parts of the spacecraft.

This could be done with a specific part, or just by having the game put the flag onto specific areas of the decals when loading a ship.

I like this. It would also be cool if you could add text to the sides of the rocket like NASA does.
