Okay, I grew up in the 60s and there was a toy that cam out called Major Matt Mason. See link below

Would it be possible to make a MOD that changed the Kerbals to Major Matt Mason???

Not sure what the level of interest may be but I wanted to ask.

For a moment there, I thought you were calling me out. No, seriously, my name is Matthew Mason. I'm no Major, though.

Anyway, I'd imagine it would be very difficult to change the shape of a Kerbal in the game. There are texture replacer mods to change the skin of Kerbals and their suits, though, so that may be suitable for you for now.

I'd think that if someone managed to change the shape of a Kerbal, we'd have female Kerbals pronto, so the there may yet be some interest in your request, but I can't really say for sure...

I am not a modder so I don't even know where to start. If its even possible I would try but it sounds like it isn't at this point.
