(Humble Beginnings) KerbalTouchIVA Mouse Curser: Help!

I have been using a lot of the cool IVA cockpits recently and got tired of clicking away with the standard mouse. I felt like I should be using a small Kerbal mitten! So I made an orange mitten and a white mitten and did a mock up picture using the KSO. I have also worked out the logic, but have no real idea how to code anything.

If (IVA view or Internal or whatever the game calls any and all iva camera views),

And kerbalname gets jebediah kerman or bill kerman or bob kerman,

then change cursor to orange mitten texture,

otherwise change cursor to white mitten texture. //can i make it so that anyone wearing an orange suit gets an orange glove, and then it defaults to white for all other views?

If (IVA view closes),

then change/return cursor to null

I don't have any experience with coding, but this seems like an easy plug-in. Let me know if I am heading in the right direction, if you would like something like this plug-in, and if this can be made easily! I'd also like to add a secondary image of the glove in a different position to flash upon mouse clicks down the line.
