Basically what it says on the tin (though I didn't fuss too much about making it an accurate replica. More like an impression. It gets the idea across clearly enough ). While the save in question doesn't use Remote Tech, this does make a most excellent comsat if you're so inclined. It's also just a fun and attractive thing to launch into orbit when you feel like doing satellite missions.
