Goo Container Tech Level?

Has the Goo Container moved to a different level on the Tech Tree with the advent of .23? I started a new career in .23 and when I opened Basic Rocketry, I had all the parts available except the Goo Container-- which is making it a bit hard to open other levels in the tree. Is this a glitch and I should start over (fortunately only a couple of flights into the career so I would not lose too much) or am I missing something? Thanks for the help.

I'm 100% stock and Mystery Goo is in Basic Rocketry (the first science unlock).

Yeah, unless you installed a mod that loads a different, third-party tech tree, it should be impossible to not receive the goo canister right away.

If this persists, try uninstalling KSP and reinstalling it fresh.

You can also pop open the game data folder and find the Mystery Goo part config to see which tech node it has under the TechRequired line.

Mystery Goo is in Basic Rocketry.

Assuming you've already checked for a tech-rearranging mod, check the /GameData/Squad/Parts/Science/GooExperiment/part.cfg file for this line (should be just a few lines down):

TechRequired = basicRocketry

I have from time to time noticed parts randomly not showing up during unlock, but they come back when I quit and restarted the game.
