Communications Array options

I was watching Scott Manley's "Interplanetary Quest" videos and one thing he did was launch satellites. I wanted to do the same, but once I got my satellite in orbit, I went to right-click the Comms Array like he did, but there was no option to assign the comms array to a target.

I have posted the video link here a, the video starting right before he clicks the Comms Array.

He right-clicks and there is a "No Target" item in the list. When he clicks the blue button, it brings up "Antennae Configuration". None of this seems to be available to me and I was wondering if maybe this was a mod.

Unfortunately, he doesn't mention this in his video.

Goodness, I'm stupid. Remote Tech is an addon. I thought "remote tech" was tech that you had to learn to be able to do remote things, but since I'm experimenting in Sandbox before I start Career, I was confused as to why I didn't have this options already.

Sorry for the dumb post. I should have caught on to this earlier. 3-day noob, so I'm still learning the lingo.

Yes, it's a mod, RemoteTech 2 (http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/56399-0-23-RemoteTech-2-v1-3-3-Late-Christmas-Edition)

Be aware, though, that launching your first unmanned rocket with this mod will be a bit of a challenge. Once you have at least one communications satellite in orbit, though, things get much easier.
