Does anyone have any heavy tuggers?

I have NO idea if this is the right place to ask this, but does anyone have any heavy tuggers to get big engines/fuel tanks into orbit? I'm creating an interstellar craft in-orbit and none of the designs I make get my fuel tanks into orbit. I'm wondering if anyone can help me?

Thank you in advance.

Hmm, just how heavy is heavy? :D You can't go wrong with Wayfare's Munshine family. I have some of mine here, but they aren't made for big payloads - 40 tons, tops.

Also, what you're looking for is usually called a lifter/launcher around here. Generally, tugs are craft that move stuff from one orbit to another.

Last time I checked the payload (According to MechJeb), "Mass - 68.640". So far the only solution I can think of to get this thing to orbit is refueling it at a lower altitude space-station.

Are you running mods, if so I have a few SSTO space planes that could haul heavy loads into orbit.

SP-406

See this post for craft files and mods used.

Can we see a picture of your payload? That mass sounds like it should be within the reach of a 7 x 2.5m asparagus stager.

I have a few heavy lifters(70t-250t range) in my KSP but i wont be able upload them before i get home from the army next friday, which practically means they will up around 14.00 (gmt +2.00).

Note though only the 70t and 130t versions are around 100% stable but i can upload the rest if someone wants to take a look.

This is my stock heavy tanker. Its 3200 tons. Puts 40,000 fuel and 3,000 MP into 100km orbit. Can also transport 20,000-25,000 fuel to Laythe orbit without refueling (or twice that with refueling).

Its basically just a bunch of orange tanks, mainsails, and nuke engines held together by an absurd number of struts. But it works. A design similar to this (although perhaps not as excessive) should be able to lift just about anything into space.
