Souper
Go to interstellar space, to 10,000,000,000,000m EXACTLY away, and return to Kerbin.Do not use hyperedit / console cheats / save editing. All parts are allowed, but it has to be done on carreer mode. Souper
Do you have any idea how hard it really is? No, you don't.
Bobnova
How do you propose that distance be measured? Have you done it yourself?
Guest
Do you have any idea how hard it really is? No, you don't.Actually, I do. Since I can use any parts I want I'll just create an engine with an ISP of 5,000,000 ASL with enough thrust to get my chosen craft to orbit that I can access from the starting tech tree node. Pretty easy, I think. Have you tried your challenge? I'm guessing not because you imply that everyone will lose. That's hardly a challenge. MarvinKitFox
All that is needed is a vehicle that can achieve Kerbol escape, and can do a Kerbin landing.Instead of escape, go a bit slower so Apogee is 10 gazillion m.(or whatever you call that figure up there)The only part that presents any problems are:1) Journey time of several thousand years.2) that "EXACTLY" clause. so if i go to 10 gazillion-plus-1 meters, I have disqualified myself? how about 9.99999999999999 gazillion meters? Not far enough? For that matter, I need to keep an eye on my speed, so according to Heisenberg, I cannot measure both my speed and position EXACTLY, therefor this challenge is absurd.
