Hi All,

Sorry of this is the wrong forum seemed like the best fit. I cam across this text book on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Fundamentals-Astrodynamics-Dover-Aeronautical-Engineering/dp/0486600610/ref=sr_1_4?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1393517615&sr=1-4&keywords=orbital+mechanics

If you don't feel like clicking it's: Fundamentals of Astrodynamics by Roger Bate. 2nd edition to be released in April.

Watching video's is ok but if I can have a text book that will help that much more.

Any other suggestions are welcomed!

Cheers!

I am currently using

"Modern Spacecraft Dynamics & Control" by Marshall Kaplan in my satellite dynamics course.

... "modern", as in, it was printed in 1976 :sticktongue: (My copy is a hard-cover with embossed silver and gold lettering!)

it seems pretty decent, though. It's quite thorough, and quite clinical... gets straight to the point.

It covers everything from the basics, to attitude control, to advanced orbital thingies that I haven't even bothered looking at yet.
