Spootyman flies both crafts starting at 1 hour and 56 minutes into the VOD.

Demon Drone: A suborbital drone plane build to deliver a satellite to orbit and land safely back on Kerbin. It is very easy to land. If you make some minor changes to the design, it would probably be possible to use it as an SSTO.

Glitcher Miniplane: This craft can be extremely fun to fly. It is lightweight and can stay in the air without thrust thanks to KSP's light model.
