Change Field of View

Basically just what the title says: to option to change the field of view. Why would anyone benefit from this? I think it would be a cool feature to mess around with to make the universe seem much bigger and more realistic. Also, it'd be a nice tool for those who want to make cinematics look cool.

I think it's a good idea. Moreover, field of view is already modifiable in cockpit view, so I do not see why that shouldn't be added in the settings.
