So my launcher failed. What did I do next?? Thrust down of course!! I decided it would be fun to try to aim for the Helipad on top of the Vehicle Assembly Building. Surprisingly, I made it spot on! The urge to jump was high, but then I noticed the ladders that ran around the whole building.

Clearly, Jeb doesn't quite understand the concept of ladders...

Looking very dazed and confused, Jebediah finally made it down:

Funny, I was just doing this exact thing yesterday.

I discovered that most buildings have either stairs or ladders to the roof, but not Mission Control, the Tracking Station, or the Hangar. Which was a shame because I wanted to put a Kerbal on or in the control tower. Oh well.

If you fly one out to the Island Runway, you can run a kerbal up to the top of the control tower there. It is a tad overgrown, but still pretty cool!
