Omni-lights from the B-9 pack...

Is there a way to install just those lights? I love the look and utility of the lights but I don't want to install the rest of the B-9 pack just for them.

If all you're looking for is lights, I suggest This Mod. It adds lights similar to the B9 ones, but they have much more functionality.

Find the lights in B9 and only copy them into your GameData directory.

Just a note. If you try the Aviation lights mod. You have to manually bind them to an action group as they don't toggle with the lighting action group by default.

This worked. I had to recreate the folder tree but it worked. I thought it might be a little more involved than that. Damn the simple things, lol.
