We'll have to wait and see when it is released.

Reusability in the real world is costly as the parts have to be validated before reuse; some have even suggested that fully disposable rockets are cheaper overall, at least in comparison to the Space Shuttle. It'll be interesting to see what factor of recovered parts' costs are recovered, if any.
