My main Space Station around kerbin has a ridiculous number of radially mounted RCS tanks. Would it be a good idea, now that the station is nearly built, to use KAS to move the radially mounted RCS tanks to another ship and de-orbit them to reduce the station part count? Obviously I would send up an RCS fuel storage before that and move all RCS fuel to there

Yes, if only because refuelling tons of little tanks is a pain. Part count might also be a good reason.
