Is it possible to unlock all things on researched points in R&D?

So, Im dealing with this problem

As you can see, I have a lot of things unlocked, but I need to manually research them again, for some reason. Instead of enormous amount of clicks, is there another way to unlock all parts within that point in the research tree? I also have a lot of mods installed.

I dont think you research them. You are paying for the product supply.

as you see there is a currency ( a little number with a c behind it).

You have research the technology but have to pay for the part. Maybe a placeholder
