Master Volume Slider in Settings

This is a simple feature I've wanted for a long time. Just a master volume control in the settings panel so I don't have to change all the volume sliders one by one. Not that I have faith that anything in this forum actually gets looked at by the dev staff but hey, I can hope.

You can, of course, always use the master volume control for the computer itself. Most keyboards have function key shortcuts for this.
