i wonder does there any similar game like KSP, I mean video game based on real science.

I wonder does exist any video game about medicine?

I know I will never be a surgeon or even a doctor.

As a kid I always dreamed to be an astronaut, a pilot or a doctor :-)

I used to have a game called Trauma Center for the Wii. It was no where as accurate as *SP is with roc*etry, but it was as close as I've ever seen.

The game FoldIt is fairly fascinating (or at least it's reasons for existing are). It's a spinoff of the Rosetta@Home distributed protein folding research projects (on the BOINC platform, the same as is currently used for Seti data processing), used largely for medical research. The game exists because people can come up with protein folding solutions that computers can't.

So not only is it based on real science, the output is used for actual real science

I second this... wasn't it called Universe Sandbox though? I would more describe it as a 'toy' than a game. You need a pretty beefy computer to do anything large though once you get fed up of creating small solar systems and annihilating planets.

MIT have a FPS game where as the game goes on the speed of light gets lower and lower, so relativistic effects start to come in as you run and walk around...

Not exactly what was asked first but it still real science (structural engineering and a bit of demolition): detonate from wildebeest games. Far less optimized than KSP/Unity, but it's an infinite early beta release.
