Getting kerbals out of the science lab

Dumb question I know, but I have no idea how you get the crew of 2 I have in a science lab out to EVA so that they can get in the capsule before re-entering Kerbin's atmosphere? Right clicking the science lab only gives me the option to process data I have for transmitting, and cleaning goo/material modules.

Otherwise I'll have to aerobrake into orbit around kerbin and use KAS to slap on as many parachutes as I can get up there to bring the behemoth of a ship that wasn't designed for manned deorbiting...

it's LEFT click on the hatch (It should say Crew Hatch when you hover) then you can click the EVA button to get your poor kerbals out.
