A way to tell what the current planetary phase angles are

In mechjeb there is a way to tell what the current planetary phase angles are from a selected reference point. I think this is a feature that should be implemented in stock KSP becuase it would aid greatly in interplanetary travel, perhaps there could also an indicator that tells you when the best launch window is? I reckon the best way to do this would be through the tracking station.

Basically, something in the tracking station that tells you when the most efficient launch window is.
