Steam page screenshots

So here's a really banal thing I just noticed. If you guys are like me, you've owned KSP for a while now. And in that time you've probably watched KSP change significantly, but you probably don't visit the Steam store page very often. For whatever reason I was there earlier and I noticed, though Squad adds the latest videos to the store page, some of the screenshots are downright ancient. I think one of them is from the demo and I was thinking, man these things are out of date. I wonder when Squad will update them, maybe when the game hits beta or is finally finished and released as such?

Good question, actually. I wonder if Rowsdower could sort something out for that, being somewhat of a PR person himself... Hmm. Might be worth asking him. It'd definitely be a good idea to have some screenshots of the ARM parts and asteroids.

I noticed, actually, that a few of the screenshots predate even the Steam release. The title screenshot is from 0.16! Actually, all 5 of those first few screens are clearly from a much earlier version, and two of them even have the old pre-EVA 3-Kerbal command pod in them.

I could say the same, except if Squad used them we'd get a flood of questions asking how you get the clouds to appear.

Yeah, I'm VERY pic-happy: I only just realised that you can upload ALL the screenshots from a session... I pity whoever looks at them

Also, my first screenshots were from a scenario (the Mun landing one)

I just spoke to the guys about this and in short, yes, those screens are as old as space, itself. Time for a revamp, I say! Since you guys are so pic-happy, would you like to contribute some shots? They must be made with the latest version, must be fully stock, must feature a variety of gameplay elements and most importantly, they must look cool. I'm not sure what kind of credit we could give for them just yet, but we can work something out.
