List the names of parts that stop you loading a craft

Title says it all, if there is a craft with parts that are missing from the gamedata folder then list the names of the parts so you can load those parts, then the craft, enabling you to remove the parts from the craft and resave making the craft usable again without having to load random parts to see if that is the one that is missing or rebuild the craft from scratch.

It's been suggested many times but yeah I think it would be useful if the game told people which parts are missing and preserved the ship, perhaps making it inaccessible until it is fixed, instead of deleting it. Tracking station could still allow to delete it manually if the user decides he doesn't want to reinstall the mod.

It`s a shame that these things that have been suggested many times don`t make it to the `already suggested list`. Sort of defeats the purpose of having one...
