ISA MapSat High Quality Height Maps

Ok, just going to reuse this thread for a new question. Does anyone have some high quality ISA height maps for all the planets and moons? I know the Wiki has a few but they are from 18.2 so i'm not sure if they are all up to date.

Many of the bodies are tidally locked to their parent planet, so a geostationary orbit is impossible as it would fall outside their SOI.

Do they have to be ISA maps? That mod is outdated and no longer supported itself, as far as I know. Its successor, SCANSat, is up to date though.
