I think it would be beneficial to craft building that when highlighting parts in the sub assembly if all of the other parts opacity were reduced so you could actually tell which part you are selecting. There could even be a button to toggle the feature by the other buttons.

As for parts I would like to see introduced, I would like to see some sort of radially attached small, low power strobe light
