Hey everyone, newbie here. Just found this game last week and after spending countless hours falling asleep to Scott Manley videos and reading the wiki, I have decided to embark as the CEO of Kerbin's premier interstellar exploration company.

Since the game is stock*, many of you may find my trials and tribulations rather tame. But don't worry - Zil Corp has its sights set on full Kerbin system exploration!

*No mods except for the engineer mod.

STARTING

Our first foray into space exploration was testing the Alpha series of rockets. These are suborbital, mostly manned rockets to test out the scap..., err, carefully engineered rockets that we developed for our space program.

Here are some great shots of Jebediah rocketing into Kerbin's upper atmosphere and into space.

After the initial success of the Alpha series of rockets, Zil Corp realized the immediate need to expand its research & development program if it wants to succeed. In order to do that, of course, we need SCIENCE!

As it turns out, parachutes are handy.
