Electric Orbital Enhancement Device or EOED

Simple premiss, you take some electricity a LOT of ASAS and you fling your objects to a higher, or lower orbit.

Rules

Stock only parts.

Electric only, no RCS rockets or decoupler propulsion

Must use Hyper Edit to get to an exact 100,000 m (+or-100m) orbit

Fling a one man pod with a docking port used for detaching as far out as you can.

You can NOT use decouplers as it would increase your velocity and is prone to cheating.

The rest is up to you.
