Adjustable landing legs

i think we need Adjustable landing legs so that we can adjust the height to make ground refueling vehicles easier to usse

The claw solves a lot of these problems. No receiving docking port necessary, just clamp on and transfer.

happend to me on my mun science lab, luckily i had a magic f9 waiting. fixed it by using [ or ] to switch to the lab(with the claw) once my science rovers momentum was going to carry it into contact

It seems to happen either way - though not consistently. For whatever reason docking rovers is broken.
