Teh Lolbster of KSP streamer fame and I are gonna have a little contest. In one week's time, we're going to build the biggest thing we can that actually FITS inside the VAB. Winner will go by weight in orbit? I think? No parts clipping permitted, aside a little engine clustering if needs be. So there will be no tanks inside tanks inside tanks.

I have already begun... find enclosed a screenshot of a test launch of mine.

unrelated to this post whack, but when you try landing an asteroid, you should provide it with a heat shield made of panels or something. do not allow re-entry effects to touch the asteroid as it might chemically change its surface. start with an a or b i would say.

It is good to be back! Even better, back with some new toys!

Work in progress. Got a setup I kind of enjoy, and went to do a staging run. Ran fuel out until first stage was done. Gotta redo fuel lines though... outside ring ate some fuel it shouldn't have.
