FAR configuration for NovaPunch winglets

Out of the box, NovaPunch ships a few fins that use the stock Winglet module. Nobody has published FAR data for these parts yet, so I decided to roll my own. Measurements were determined by eyeball comparison to the stated dimensions of NovaPunch fuel tanks.

Usage: Uses ModuleManager. Save anywhere under GameData/.

Thank you! I had removed them because of the lack of FAR support for them, couldn't figure out how to add it myself, and kept putting them on forgetting they wearn't recognized properly. This is a HUGE help!
