As for those payloads you were promised, those are planned:

- ATV

- Rosetta & Philae

- crewed and cargo Mun landers, which will possibly be extended to a whole base

- a crew transfer vehicle for use on the S-III

- additional upper stages (the Mistral one is, frankly, useless)

The ATV is actually bit too light for its carrier rocket. I put it on a Mun intercept and still had enough fuel to deorbit the insertion stage

Would you be interested in something resembling a Shuttle-C? It has balancing issues, but should work.

EDIT: payload to LKO is currently about 20 tons, and it's still handling like a vicious female dog. I'll see if it can be tamed
