AIES Aerospace Has some that look exactly like that. And SDHI has the Service Module bits you want.

The AIES pack has a 2 panel version... And I have the Bobcat Orion that includes the service module. I just want the 3 panel solars.... but thanks anyway.

Yup. NearFutureSolar has it all; circular ones, blanket arrays, these ones, etc. Definitely one of my favorite mods.

The stock 6x1 panels are pretty close to this if you want to remain stock though (I know op wants mods but someone else might be interested in doing this solely in stock)
