Locking deployable solar panels in place.

There should be a tweakable option that locks deployable solar panels in place. Tracking the sun is obviously very useful, but sometimes you design a craft where the a rotating panel will clip through another part or hit the ground or just doesn't look aesthetically pleasing. Having the ability to lock the panel in place so it doesn't track the sun after it's deployed would solve this.

I believe the mod TweakableEverything implements this function. Might be worth looking into.

I would certainly like this, there have been times where I wanted solar arrays that looked a certain way. . . And it wasn't possible because they rotate.

I don't know, if this was implemented I foresee many impaired or even scrapped missions due to total power outs. Maybe an "on or off" button might help,.,.,.maybe.
