So I\'m copying an OS (Ubuntu to my flash drive.) it\'s taking 20 minutes...

I need Ubuntu so I can see if my Windows Applications will run with WINE...

I\'m in a rush because I have to take a shower soon.

I cannot leave my computer sit there.(My sister will go on it.)

Locking my PC just adds lag when I log back in...

Any way to make The process go faster?

I didn\'t think anybody still used vista.

i jumped from xp to 7 after all the horror stories of vista. then again, we didnt hav a decent computer in this house untill i made the one i have now, and i really want my mom to upgrade. though back on topic: how old is she? if she is under 10 i would understand, my sister is 5, and the worst. if below 10 then tell her it extremely important she dosent touch it.

Hmm... Tell her that if she touches the computer, she will have all her dollies or ponies or whatevers taken away.1

I have tried every trick in the book.

She doesn\'t play with anything I can take away...

Just get a good lock? Or jam the door, exit through the window, and repeat?

My computer is in the dining room...

(It doesn\'t have WIFI plus it\'s a desktop.)

There is only a few inches of wall in between my living room and here...

(We bought the house like this...)
