Are there any flag mods?

I was thinking about it earlier, are there any mods that make me be able to attach a flag to my ship? I'm talking about a big flag that moves and I can stick it anywhere on my ship. If not someone should make it. I would but I'm still trying to learn how to create mods. If you have any good videos or tutorials on how to mod using Blender I'd appreciate some links.

I think a flag is considered a part. May be possible with a config file edit.
