Cannot reload in this scene - When Did This Part Reloader Break?

Just went to do some part editing and when I went to reload the database instead of the button to reload it there is a message "Cannot reload in this scene".

ARRRGH..

Anyone help me out here? I don't want to have to reload the game for every little part change....

Exit out to the main KSC scene and try again. It won't let you reload in the VAB or SPH.

Tried that... still wouldn't let me.

Main menu? Reloading in space center is DANGEROUS in career mode, as it may "de-unlock" all your progress.
