Help building a LTV (Laythe Tranfer Vehicule)

Hey guys, I've been trying to get to Laythe lately and I decided to go big. I'm trying to take 220t to Laythe and to bring back to kerbin 100t (Huge rover that can cross oceans, 6 man lander with ssto capabilities from Laythe, plus tons of science). So I was wondering, has anyone built a Laythe Tranfer Vehicule that can handle that much weight? I've built two that might be able to. One is powered by four nukes but is too heavy and I haven't yet succeeded to get it in orbit. I did another which I'm still building which is powered +/- 100 ion engines but it's still under construction and haven't tested.

Please somebody help me. Thanks

I tend to go relatively 'light' when I'm heading to Laythe with no current refueling station in Laythe orbit. I haven't been playing KSP recently, so I haven't come up with much new craft designs. Here's an older mission I've done:
