Blue screen of death

Ok my computer just blue screened... This actually has something to do with ksp since it did it when I downloaded the habitat pack. I clicked on the wrong download button and downloaded something called Ilivid. AVG then got rid of it and I downloaded the right thing. After extracting it onto my desktop I clicked to open it and... BLUE SCREEN... Funny thing is is that I had checked the file and found all the right ksp parts? Any suggestions as what to do? I have already got AVG to do a complete scan.

It might have been a nasty coincidence... Maybe Ilivid was involved, but i don't think so. It's a video related software, if I'm not mistaken.

Hmm AVG found a threat and and put it in the "virus vault" there was also 2 others in there and i deleted them all. Everything seems fine but i guess i just wait and see if anything happens

Something tells me it had to do with that Ilvid thing not being fully deleted. I have had no problem with that pack.

Ilivid is a download manager promoted by some file-hosting sites. It wouldn't surprise me at all that AVG would find something in it, it practically screams spyware.

BSOD is usually related to an out of date driver, or a hardware issue.

I'm guessing it was Ilivid as I can't see any other reason for it since it was a few days since I downloaded anything else. As for hardware I haven't got anything new for months.
