Vaccer Posted July 19, 2011 Share Posted July 19, 2011 Well due to the last few game updates breaking my mods I decided to fix the textures and re-release them in 1 big pack, it now includes my Liquid Warp Nacelles, Junk Parts, and the first rocket of the Repconn Rockets pack.Includes*4 nacelle fuel tanks with way too much fuel. Facing in 4 different directions.*4 liquid engines with a whole lot of thrust and low fuel consumption to accelerate you to great speeds. There\'s one for each nacelle. I\'d increase thrust but many connecting parts hate the high thrust as is.*1 Nacelle cap that acts as a S.A.S module. I told you I was going to add it and I hope your happy with it. Vaccer Posted July 20, 2011 Author Share Posted July 20, 2011 I'm currently testing these in the newest game version, will post a dl when done, sorry to say I was busy today and couldn't make the nacelle caps, although I improved the nacelle texture slightly.The nacelles are just over-sized narrow fuel tanks with top and bottom mounts, the engines have top and bottom mounts to but mounting something on the bottom of the engine just looks silly. I'll work on getting it in a different upload site do to megaupload complaining.I have a problem with starting the game when i have this mod installed. Any thoughts why?I wouldn't see why, I finally got them working after much trial and error a while ago, although some other people have had problems getting some mods to work in the game. I'm still trying mutliupload but it never starts uploadingAlso to the guy who the mod make the game not load, only put the nacelle, nacellea, nacelleb, nacellec, nacellengine, nacellenginea, nacellengineb, nacellenginec folders in the parts folder, not the readme or the higher containing(vaccersnacelles) folder of them. But the tanks wobble more than I originally noticed. I'm not sure how to fix this issue, hopefully another modder can give me some insight.I'll have another upload up soon in case megaupload decides to refuse access to the download again. Vaccer Posted July 25, 2011 Author Share Posted July 25, 2011 The black struts a Trilateral Coupler I'm working on to fit a 1-2m rocket between the Nacelles. And the Rainbowcone is a 1m to 1.6m Adapter shroud I've yet to texture as I usually bake the normals to the texture to figure out the uv easier.I'm currently working on a few parts and am testing them for the next pack, not all of the smoothing groups or textures have been finished yet.Also I've been trying my hardest to get a massive 9m wide rocket into orbit using combination's of my parts along with Sunday punches 3m parts.
