This will be about me setting up a base on duna

I've set myself some guidelines these are, no igniting nuclear engines in the atmosphere, orbital Debris must be in a graveyard orbit or deorbited, kerbals can not be on an assignment for more than one kerbin year or 426 kerbin days.

The first mission will be a duna rover and survey probe
