Borderless in Steam?

How can i get the game to play in borderless window mode through Steam? I can't play fullscreen since I'm playing on a 24' TV and my computer can't handle higher than 1240x720, and I hate having the broder around the game all the time. I know you can do it through the Launcher, but I can't find a way to get it through Steam

Sadly it didn't work for me, so try it but it didn't work in my case. Goodluck

Actually it did work, i removed full screen after i did mentioned changes to my settings. And now my game is in bordered less windowed mode.
