Low performance due to too much mods ?

Hi Kerbals ! Basically what I have done is installed THIS mod with all of its required dependencies. However, I am getting lots of lag and I don't know if it's because of the game, mods or my computer. What I wanted was to make the Kerbol system look more beautiful than it originally is. My FPS drops down to 15-20 even 10 when I am on Kerbin and 20-30 FPS when I am on Duna (I don't have a craft on Eve so I don't know what my FPS will be). I flied around Minmus and the Mun and I haven't had any FPS drops (if I recall correctly it was around 60-70 FPS). So I noticed that I am getting this FPS drop when I am on or near a planed with an atmosphere. These are my PC specs:

CPU: AMD FX 8320 (not overclocked)

GPU: MSI R9 270X OC GAMING EDITION

RAM: KINGSTON HyperX BEAST 2x4GB 1600Mhz

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P

HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB

PSU: FSP RAIDER 650W Silver

Case: COOLER MASTER N500

Every graphical option in the game is either on or at it's highest option. If you can help me improve my performance, I'll be very thankful
