bigger scince jr and SAS module

Hello everyone, I'm not sure if someone already request this, but seeing the stock game, I think it would be a great idea to add a bigger science jr, the same size as the mk3 pod, in order to be able to better fit the stuff, and a new SAS torque module that has the same size as the new rockets/tanks added in 0.23.5, in order to add better control to those stages.

We're definitely "missing" some parts in 3.75m size, the reaction wheel is one of them (I'd add stack separator, battery and RCS tank). Would be nice to have a 0.625m reaction wheel while we're at it.

I don't think new big parts need new big SAS ... err ... inline reaction wheel. Maybe (good looking) radial reaction wheel would be better option. Of course you can stick some cubic octagonal struts on your ships and put current inline wheels on them; not pretty but it works.

Edit: 0.625 m reaction wheel, though, with reduced torque and mass is definitely needed.
