How do I read a crash log?

Hello! I am wondering, once my game crashes how do I read the log it produces. After that, I will see what the actual problem is. I have already tried to, but I don't know what to read and where

Probably most telling file is output_log.txt in KSP_Data folder. Look for exceptions and error messages in it.

If it crashes, look at the end of the output_log.txt. If that doesn't give you a clue about the cause, try to reproduce with no mods. If it doesn't crash there, add your mods one by one. When it starts crashing, that's your culprit mod.

If you have a crash folder (it will be a numbered folder at the top of your install directory) you can open up the error.log to see if its a memory crash (that information is at the very top) and then you can open up the output log to check for Null Reference Exceptions and what mods are causing them.
