Is Mechjeb considered cheating when it comes to career mode?

This is a very controversial topic generally speaking, I don't think it's cheating to some degree especially since you don't even have autopilot functions in the early career mode. It does some things that are difficult to do in stock, for example changing inclinations since there are no ways to see the equatorial ascending and descending for a planet/moon.

Regex is completely right. It is absolutely cheating. You are a horrible human being worse than Stalin if you use MechJeb. For shame.

See this thread. It explains how horrible cheating is: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/79629-Is-it-cheating

It's a singleplayer game and your choice to use MechJeb in your own game obviously affects us all. You monster.

if you use mechjeb to get to the mun and back, and post it here, i will decry you as a liar. you did not complete the mission. mechjeb did.

play the game as you want, but do not claim MJ's achievements as your own.

you would deserve no credit at all for that.

MechJeb has always been, and will always be cheating. After all, only the lowest of cheaters would stoop to the level of NASA, using an ill-begotten autopilot. :P

Everyone knows that real KSP players use endless trial and error without regard for lives lost!

Better lock this now. After all, we can't have anyone disputing this absolute fact.
