Dev blogs sticky is rather outdated - remove?

For some reason I have clicked on the Dev Blogs sticky and noticed that not only the list of developers is outdated but last posts in each blog are rather old. I would assume things just went forward and it might be time to remove/unsticky that post to save space.

It may be just me but I noticed that I tend to notice changes to sticky posts last rather than first, I usually only start looking at posts below all the [official] tags as that's where interesting things usually happen. Maybe it would be a good idea to consolidate stickies a bit and make them a bit more noticable by removing things that don't have to be there, such as link to forum rules in each subforum - there's enough menus all around the page anyway, link to them might be one of them.

I've unstuck the Dev Blogs sticky thread, since they're featured on the main page when a new one appears (though I haven't seen one in ages). About the other stuff, I'll throw it into the discussion pit.
