New to the forum, Problems!

Hi all,

I just join the forum community and Im having a few problem's maybe you guys can help me out:

- Where can I find the forum rules?;

- How can I add an avatar picture (Went on the settings, there is an Edit Avatar option but nowhere to add it);

- I posted my first post on a topic, it said waiting for admin approval of the post, but after a while that message disappeared, did I do something wrong?

#2 you'll need 3-5 posts before you can set things such as a signature and an avatar, this is to filter spambots

#3 same as above, your first few posts will have to be manually approved by an admin/moderator to filter spam. Your message should appear after a while
