Maximum Speed!

The challenge is simple: reach the highest speed you can before exiting Kerbin SoI.

Rules:

• No debug menu!
  
• No mods (however MechJeb, KJR, athsetics mods, and the like are ok).
  
• No save editing.
  

Now, to keep it somewhat fair, there will be two scoreboards, so that decoupler drives, kraken drives, etc. can still be shown off, but not overshadow normal rockets.
