Peter Madsen has left CS :(

I don't see how CS could achieve it's 'spaceflight for all' goal, but I don't think this means the end of it.

While it may not be the end of it, the group is heavily messed up according to Peter who lets be honest has been one of the most important guiding figures.

I think one of CS' biggest problem is that they can't seem to make it simple. They dropped 2 capsule designs which already had tests. That seems to be a lot of money.

No one said it was easy. We are so used to big agencies performing brilliantly that we forget that space flight is an immensely challenging endeavour. It is to be expected that you will have to try different things, making mistakes and backtracking in the process.

I do not think that internal turmoil is a good thing though. Many organisations with a lot of potential blew up (figuratively) because of strife.

Normally, controversies are meant to be constructive of course but this kind of separation in a very small group can easily be fatal to for the goal. If they can find somebody else for the 'job', than maybe this won't be a problem.

Well, there is healthy internal competition and debate and there is an organisation tearing itself apart from the inside. Former, good, latter, bad.
