Looking for A way to gain Science from my Space Station

So as the title suggests Im looking for modules that can help me gain science in my space station.

I looked at the station science mod found here but by the looks of it I'm going to need to collect samples from a planet/moon and then bring it up to the station, have it processed to have a 100% data value, correct me if I'm wrong as I haven't fully understood what your ment to do in that mod.

I'm looking for a mod where I can bring experimental modules to my station, have it processed/analyzed then transmitted back home.

The Biomass 2 Science+ mod also brought my attention but I'm still pondering, since it looks a bit "complicated"

The Station Science Mod is what you are looking for. Also, KSP Interstellar has a science lab that will generate science based on where you are in the solar system.
