Hello my friends, Today, At this moment im working on a school project, For art class, Im making a small replica of the Polikarpov I-153 "Chaika"

But im having troubles whit the wings, They are REAAALLY fragile at the moment, And they are hard to reinforce (Whit toilet paper covers). Im not advancing really much and im reaching the deadline to finish it.

I have an alternative plan:

Convert it to the newer and more advanced Polikarpov I-16 Type 24 "Ishak"

I can do this faster in my opinion (I completed the Chaika in a total estimated time of 4 hours).

Considering that i have to re-do the tail and cut the biplane wings and built two more from the I-16 that would be the only great change to do it.

So, Should i covert it or keep trying whit the Chaika?

Please help me! Im at the final projects of the academical year!

I Decided to go for a I-16, its going better than the biplane model.

Its less difficult to cover whit paper than the biplane because of bigger surfaces. Thanks!

Also for your information, You dont know how it feel to rip the wings out of the chasis ;.; It hurts soo much my heart...
